THE HIGH COUTR DISMISSED THE ORDER OF PRESIDENT

   Guatemala Constitutional Court has dismissed a decision by President Jimmy Morales to expel the United Nations head of anti-corruption mission, who filed an investigation against alleged financial misconduct in the 2015 election campaign.

·         In a video tape distributed in social networks in Guatemala, the president Morales announced Ivan Velasquez, a Colonel-based lawyer, and called him a non-communicator who asked him to leave the country immediately.

·         President Morales is a former actress who never previously held public offices. He surprised politicians in his country after winning a presidential position on anti-bribery promises and indifference in Guatemala
